      本文研究了甘蔗二点螟Chilo infuscatellus Snellen室内饲养方法,旨在为防治药剂筛选和农药毒理学实验,以及开展对甘蔗二点螟生物学、生态学等学科深入研究提供发育良好的试虫。用玉米棒在室内继代饲养甘蔗二点螟,在第1、4、7、10代观察主要生长发育指标,评价其饲养效果,并在第5代与甘蔗苗+甘蔗茎段、玉米棒+甘蔗茎切片饲养进行对比,观察各生长发育指标及生命参数的差异。结果表明,用玉米棒饲养二点螟在第1、4、7、10代的孵化率和羽化率均在80%以上,幼虫存活率各代均在40%~60%之间,单雌产卵量在25~50粒之间;玉米棒饲养的孵化率、幼虫存活率及单雌产卵量均高于用甘蔗苗+甘蔗茎段、玉米棒+甘蔗茎切片饲养;玉米棒饲养的种群净增殖力R0(26.17)、内禀增长率rm(0.08)及周限增长率λ(1.09)均高于甘蔗苗+甘蔗茎段、玉米棒+甘蔗茎切片,且世代发育历期T(38.8)短,增加了世代数。因此,用玉米棒饲养二点螟,其多项发育指标优于甘蔗饲养,且饲养操作简单,成本较低,适合在室内大量且继代饲养。

      This paper armed to study the indoor rearing method of Chilo infuscatellus Snellen, which provided well-developed test insects for pesticide screening and pesticide toxicology, and to carry out deep research on the biology and ecology of C.infuscatellus was successive reared by corn cob in laboratory. The main life parameters were observed in the 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th generations, and the feeding effect was evaluated. The differences of development indexes and life parameters were observed in the 5th generation, sugarcane seedling+sugarcane stem section and corn cob+sugarcane stem section. The results showed that hatchability and eclosion rates of the 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th generations of C.infuscatellus fed with corn cob were all above 80%. The survival rates of larvae were between 40% to 60%, and the fecundity of single female was between 25 to 50 eggs. The hatching rate, larval survival rate and single female fecundity of corn cob feeding were higher than that of sugarcane seedling+sugarcane stem section and corn cob+sugarcane stem section feeding. The net reproductive capacity R0(26.17), the intrinsic growth rate rm (0.08) and the limited growth rate λ (1.09) of the population fed with corn cob were all higher than those of sugarcane seedlings+sugarcane stem segments and corn cob+sugarcane stem section. And the generation development period T (38.8) was short, increasing the number of generations. Therefore, Feeding the stalk borer of Chilo infuscatellus with corn cob are better than sugarcane breeding in many development indexes, and is simple and low cost. It is suitable for large-scale indoor and successive rearing.
