      为明确七星瓢虫Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus不同日龄的虫体经低温储存后的存活差异并获取最佳的储存虫龄和时间。分别选择羽化后0、3、7、14、21和28 d的成虫和化蛹1、2、3和4 d的蛹在8℃进行低温储存试验,确定不同储存时间(7、14、21、28、35和45 d)后虫体的存活率或羽化率。结果显示:不同日龄(0~21 d)的瓢虫成虫,存活率与储存期呈显著负相关关系。日龄>7 d的瓢虫成虫,经低温储存21 d后,存活率为80%左右,储存28 d后,存活率仍大于70%。日龄>14 d的瓢虫成虫储存45 d后还有60%以上存活。不同日龄的蛹最终羽化率不同,1~2 d蛹在储存21 d后羽化率为70%左右,高于3~4 d蛹的50.00%和13.33%。结果表明,七星瓢虫成虫羽化14 d后在低温下储存期最长可达45 d,可在长期储存时使用。储存期不高于28 d时,可选用羽化7 d的成虫。储存期低于21 d时,可选用羽化7 d的成虫或1~2 d蛹,其中1~2 d蛹最为经济。

      In order to find out the difference of survival of Coccinella septempunctata at different days age after low temperature storage and obtain the best storage insect age and time, the adults at 0, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after eclosion and pupae at 1, 2, 3 and 4 days after pupation were selected for low-temperature storage at 8℃ to determined the survival rate or eclosion rate of the insects after different storage times (7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 45 days). The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the survival rate and the storage period of ladybug adults at different days age (0~21 days). The survival rate of ladybug adults with days age>7 days was greater than or equal to 80% after 21 days of storage, and higher than 70% after 28 days of storage. The survival rate of ladybug adults with days age>14 days is more than 60% after 45 days of storage. The final eclosion rate of pupae at different days age was different. The eclosion rate of 1~2 days pupae after storage for 21 days was greater than or equal to 70%, which was higher than 50.00% and 13.33% of 3~4 days pupae. The results showed that the C.septempunctata adults after 14 days of eclosion had the longest storage period at low temperature could be up to 45 days, which can be used for long-term storage. When the storage period was not more than 28 days, the adults that had eclosion for 7 days could be selected. When the storage period was less than 21 days, adults with 7 days of eclosion or pupae with 1~2 days of pupate could be selected, among which 1~2 days of pupae were the most economical.
