      云南省普洱市江城县是草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda入侵云南乃至我国的第一站,为了解入侵云南省普洱市江城县的草地贪夜蛾肠道中的细菌群落组成,以采集于江城县玉米田的草地贪夜蛾幼虫为材料,运用传统微生物分离纯培养方法,结合16S rRNA测序及同源性分析方法研究了草地贪夜蛾幼虫肠道中可培养细菌多样性。结果表明,普洱江城县玉米田草地贪夜蛾肠道中分离获得18株细菌,隶属于8个属,分别为肠球菌属Enterococcus、芽孢杆菌属Bacillus、葡萄球菌属Staphylococcus、产碱普罗威登斯菌属Providencia、克雷伯氏菌属Klebsiella、沙雷氏菌属Serratia、不动杆菌属Acinetobacter、巨球菌属Macrococcus。其中肠球菌属Enterococcus的丰度最高,分别占LB培养基和NA培养基所有分离菌株的65.06%和44.20%。该研究明确了入侵云南省普洱市江城县的草地贪夜蛾肠道中细菌的优势种类及丰富度,为后期草地贪夜蛾肠道细菌多样性研究及其功能和防治研究奠定理论基础。

      Jiangcheng County, Puer City, Yunnan Province is the first place that Spodoptera frugiperda invades Yunnan and even China. In order to understand the bacterial community composition in the intestine ofS. frugiperda in Jiangcheng County, the larvae of S. frugiperda collected from corn fields in Jiangcheng county were used as materials. Pure culture method of traditional microorganisms was combined with 16S rRNA sequencing and homology analysis. The results showed that 18 bacterial strains were isolated from the gut of S. frugiperda, belonging to 8 genera, they were Enterococcus, Bacillus, Staphylococcus,Providencia, Klebsiella, Serratia, Acinetobacter andMacrococcus. Among of them, Enterococcuswas the most abundant genus, accounted for 65.06% and 44.20% of all isolates in LB medium and NA medium, respectively. This study identified the dominant species and richness of bacteria invading the gut of S. frugiperda. in Jiangcheng County, Puer City, Yunnan Province. This study will provide a theoretical foundation for the follow up study of gut bacterial diversity, function and control of S. frugiperda.
