| The soybean nodule fly Rivellia basilaris (Wiedemann) was found to be a new pest firstly which infected the soybean nodule in mainland China. To identify the species precisely was necessary and basic for its surveillance and management. Morphology of the fly adult was described, and the corresponding colorful pictures were attached in this paper. Those provided the scientific basis for accurate confirm of this fly. |
