| 小金蝠蛾是小金县冬虫夏草产区主要的寄主昆虫之一。为了验证在小金县分布的小金蝠蛾不同类型是否为同一物种，本研究从外部形态、雄性外生殖器构造和分子生物学特性3个方面比较两类小金蝠蛾的差异。结果表明：在小金县冬虫夏草产区分布的小金蝠蛾主要有两类，一类为体表有褐色绒毛，翅脉上斑纹被褐色绒毛覆盖，另一类为黑白斑纹。前者去除褐色绒毛后，两者斑纹相似。两类蝠蛾在雄性外生殖器构造基本一致。线粒体DNA序列（COⅠ）分析表明两者相似度为99.2%以上。因此，在小金县冬虫夏草产区分布的外形不同的小金蝠蛾，实为同一物种-小金蝠蛾的不同生态类型。 |

| Thitarodes xiaojinensis is one of the major host insects of Ophiocordyceps sinensis in Xiaojin county. In order to confirm whether different ecotype T.xiaojinensis distributed various regions in Xiaojin county is the same species. Morphology, the male genitalia structure and the molecular biology characteristics were compared in this paper. The results showed that the T.xiaojinensis distributedO. sinensisregions in Xiaojin county included two ecotypes. The body surface of one type has brown villus, covering the black and white stripe of veins. Another type has the similar stripe to former type, without brown villus. Two types of T. xiaojinensisgenitaliain male external structure is consistent. The similarity of Mitochondrial DNA sequence(COI)between two types is more than 99.2%. In conclusion, the two types T. xiaojinensis with diverse morphology collected from O. sinensisareas in Xiaojin county are different ecological T. xiaojinensis. |
