      昆虫种类多、数量大,且蛋白含量高,若适当加工,提取蛋白,有望作为动物蛋白源解决当今世界蛋白质资源的危机。本文综述了昆虫蛋白的营养、保健和药用价值,在食品、饲料和药物方面的开发应用,以及其提取工艺的研究概况,为昆虫蛋白的进一步开发应用及工业化生产提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Insect is a big family with various species and large quantities, as well as high protein content. Insect protein can be taken as animal protein source to solve protein resource crisis in the today's world if the insect is processed appropriately. In the present paper, the value of nutrient, health care and officinal, development and application in the aspect of food, feed and medicine, and the extraction methods of insect protein were summarized to provide the reference for the further application and industrial production in future.
