| 利用文献计量法和关键词词频法，对1999年至2012年间，国内外在昆虫细胞色素P450研究领域的研究成果进行梳理和研究，结果显示：昆虫细胞色素P450文献数量在此期间呈现出明显的增长趋势，说明昆虫细胞色素P450日益得到学者的广泛关注。关键词词频法说明对模式昆虫果蝇P450的研究依然是热点，而卫生害虫、农业害虫以及经济昆虫P450的研究已逐渐成为新的研究热点；而研究方向上正向昆虫P450调控表达的理论研究及其实践应用拓展。 |

| This paper reviewed and summarized the research results of insect cytochrome P450 by the bibliography method and frequency analysis of key words From the number of research paper, the topic and scope of research, the dynamic situation of insect cytochrome P450 were fund out The results suggested that the number of the literature in this field had increased rapidly from 1999 to 2012, more and more attention on this research field By the frequency analysis of key words, the constant research focus is still about P450 from the model insect-fruit fly, and the P450 from the health pest, agricultural pest and economic insect had become new topic in this field On the basis of previous study, direction of research for insect cytochrome P450 is expanding to its regulatory expression and practical application. |
