      【目的】为明确不同体积分数氮气与不同剂量脱氧剂对烟草螟Ephestia elutella死亡率的影响。【方法】本研究以4种虫态的烟草螟为研究对象,分别研究不同氮气体积分数与脱氧剂联合处理对烟草螟的控制作用效果。【结果】研究结果表明:不同氮气体积分数联合不同脱氧剂剂量和不同处理时间对烟草螟死亡率有显著影响。在氮气体积分数相同条件下,烟草螟各虫态死亡率总体上均随脱氧剂剂量增加和时间延长而升高。在氮气体积分数、脱氧剂剂量和处理时间相同条件下,烟草螟各虫态死亡率为:成虫>幼虫>卵>蛹。【结论】氮气气调与脱氧剂联合处理可有效地降低烟草螟危害,为高效合理实施氮气气调杀虫提供技术支撑。

      【Aim】To assess the impact of different nitrogen volume fractions and oxygen scavenger doses on the mortality of Ephestia elutella.【Methods】This study investigated the control efficacy of combined treatments involving varying nitrogen volume fractions and oxygen scavenger doses on four insect stages of E. elutella. 【Results】The results showed that the mortality rate of E. elutella was significantly affected by the nitrogen volume fraction, oxygen scavenger dose, and the duration of exposure. Within a fixed nitrogen volume fraction, the mortality rate of all insect stages increased with higher oxygen scavenger doses and longer exposure times. When the nitrogen volume fraction, oxygen scavenger dose, and exposure durations were identical, the mortality rates across the life stages of E. elutella followed the order: adult > larva > egg > pupa.【Conclusion】Combined treatment with nitrogen?controlled atmosphere and deoxidizer can effectively reduce the damage caused by the E. elutella, providing technical support for the efficient and rational implementation of nitrogen?controlled atmosphere insect control.
