      【目的】本研究旨在明确不同恒定温度对条蜂缘蝽Riptortus linearis Fabricius生长发育、存活、繁殖及种群动态的影响,并确定其发育起点温度和有效积温。【方法】本试验设置16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、32℃共5个温度梯度,以水发大豆籽粒为寄主材料饲养条蜂缘蝽,观察记录各虫态发育历期、存活及成虫产卵繁殖情况,利用最小二乘法测定各发育阶段的有效积温和发育起点温度,采用生命表技术分析种群趋势指数等生态学指标。【结果】结果表明:在16~32℃范围内,条蜂缘蝽各虫态的发育速率与温度之间呈显著正相关,温度越高发育速率越快,发育历期越短。卵及若虫期有效积温分别为90.90 ℃·d和276.55 ℃·d,发育起点温度分别为13.47℃和11.45℃。不同温度条件下,条蜂缘蝽各虫态发育历期存在显著差异,在16℃条件下条蜂缘蝽成虫不产卵,24℃时,种群内禀增长率rm最大为0.0394,种群趋势指数I值最高为4.79。【结论】本研究明确了条蜂缘蝽种群生长发育和繁殖的最适温度,为其在田间的发生期预测和种群数量预报提供了关键的生物学参数。

      【Aim】This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different constant temperatures on the growth, development, survival, reproduction, and population dynamics of Riptortus linearis, and to determine its developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature.【Methods】Five constant temperature gradients (16, 20, 24, 28, and 32°C) were set in this experiment. R. linearis was reared on hydroponically cultivated soybean seeds as the host substrate. The developmental duration, survival rates, and adult oviposition were observed and recorded. The developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature for each life stage were calculated using the least squares method, and ecological indicators such as the population trend index were analyzed via life table techniques. 【Results】Results indicated a significant positive correlation between developmental rate and temperature within the range of 16~32℃, with higher temperatures accelerating development and shortening developmental duration. The effective accumulated temperatures for the egg and nymph stages were 90.90 ℃·d and 276.55 ℃·d, with corresponding developmental threshold temperatures of 13.47℃ and 11.45℃, respectively. Significant differences were observed in the developmental durations of different life stages under varying temperature regimes. At 16℃, adults did not oviposit, whereas at 24℃, the intrinsic rate of increase (rm) peaked at 0.0394, and thepopulation trend index (I) reached its highest value of 4.79. 【Conclusion】This study determined the optimal temperature for the population growth, development, and reproduction of R. linearis, providing essential biological parameters for predicting its seasonal occurrence and field population dynamics.
