      蛋白质是人类生命活动的物质基础。随着全球人口增长和生活水平提高,人类对蛋白质的需求不断增加,传统产业难以满足人类对优质蛋白的需求。因此,如何开发新型优质蛋白资源成为了食品与饲料等行业的研究热点。昆虫作为世界上最大的生物类群,是极佳的优质蛋白资源库。本文从昆虫蛋白资源优势、提取方法、产业应用现状、发展受限因素等方面进行综述,并对其未来发展进行展望,旨在为昆虫蛋白产业的进一步发展提供全面且深入的参考和启示。

      Protein is the fundamental basis for human physiological activities. The growing global population and rising living standards are driving a continuous increase in the demand for protein. However, it is a challenge for traditional industries to meet this demand. Consequently, the development of novel high-quality protein resources has become a research hotspot in the food and feed industries. As the largest and most diverse group of organisms on Earth, insects represent an excellent source of high-quality protein. This paper provides a comprehensive review of insect protein, including its resource advantages, extraction methods, current applications, limiting factors for development, and future prospect. The paper aims to provide comprehensive and in-depth insights and references for the further advancement of the insect protein industry.
