      【目的】为明确不同品种核桃树树皮物理特征和内含物质对云斑天牛危害的影响,以期筛选出抗虫性强的品种进行推广。【方法】本试验选择甘肃省康县同一核桃园内引进的主栽品种西洛3号、西扶2号和香玲作为研究对象,调查了不同品种核桃树上云斑天牛的危害情况,测定不同品种核桃树的树皮物理特征和内含物含量,分析其与云斑天牛危害的相关性。【结果】结果表明:云斑天牛在不同品种核桃树上的刻槽数量和羽化孔数量均为:西洛3号>西扶2号>香玲。西洛3号的树皮硬度、厚度、粗糙度和木质部厚度均最大,西扶2号次之,香玲均最小,其中,三者之间,树皮粗糙度的差异最显著。西洛3号的可溶性糖含量最高,为7.25±0.51 mg/g,显著高于西洛2号和香玲;不同品种核桃树的可溶性蛋白含量无显著差异;香玲的单宁、总酚和含水量均显著高于西洛3号,与西扶2号无差异。【结论】云斑天牛的危害程度与不同品种核桃树的树皮粗糙度、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量呈显著正相关,与单宁、总酚含量和含水量呈显著负相关。综合判定,3个引进核桃品种中香玲的抗虫性最强。

      【Aim】To determine the effects of the physical characteristics and substances contained in the bark of different walnut tree varieties on the damage caused by Batocera horsfieldi, aiming to screen out varieties with strong insect resistance for promotion. 【Methods】In this experiment, the main cultivated varieties, Xiluo No. 3, Xifu No. 2 and Xiangling, introduced into the same walnut orchard in Kang County, Gansu Province, were chosen as the research subjects, and the damage situation of B. horsfieldi on different walnut tree varieties was investigated, and the physical characteristics of the bark and the content of substances in the bark of different walnut tree varieties were measured and analyzed to explore their correlations with the damage of B. horsfieldi. 【Results】The results indicated that the numbers of grooves and emergence holes of B. horsfieldi on different walnut tree varieties were in the order of: Xiluo No. 3 > Xifu No. 2 > Xiangling. The bark hardness, thickness, roughness and xylem thickness of Xiluo No. 3 were the greatest, followed by Xifu No. 2 and Xiangling were the smallest, among them, the difference in bark roughness was the most significant. The soluble sugar content of Xiluo No. 3 was the highest, at 7.25±0.51 mg/g, which was significantly higher than that of Xiluo No. 2 and Xiangling; there was no significant difference in the soluble protein content among different walnut tree varieties; the tannin, total phenol, and water contents of Xiangling were significantly higher than those of Xiluo No. 3, and did not differ from those of Xifu No.2. 【Conclusion】The degree of damage by B. horsfieldi was significantly positively correlated with the bark roughness, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of different varieties of walnut trees, and significantly negatively correlated with tannin, total phenol content and water content. Comprehensively judged, among the three introduced walnut varieties, Xiangling exhibited the strongest insect resistance.
