| 蠋蝽Arma chinensis Fallou是一种重要的天敌昆虫,为推动IPM策略,本研究选取了4种杀虫剂对蠋蝽进行连续5代抗药性筛选。结果表明:与空白对照组(CK)相比,4个处理组的蠋蝽成虫寿命、总产卵量及2龄到成虫存活率显著下降,产卵前期显著延长;高效氯氰菊酯组、甲维盐组及阿维菌素组蠋蝽发育历期显著延长,但多杀霉素组蠋蝽发育历期缩短;甲维盐组蠋蝽个体显著变轻、变小;甲维盐组蠋蝽性比偏雄性,阿维菌素组及高效氯氰菊酯组性比接近1,多杀霉素组偏雌性。表明蠋蝽对多杀霉素的抗药性代价较小,更易在含有多杀霉素的IPM系统中兼容应用。本研究为蠋蝽抗药性育种研究提供了理论依据。 |

| The predatory stink bug Arma chinensis Fallou is an important natural enemy insect. To promote Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, this study selected four insecticides to conduct resistance screening on A. chinensis for five consecutive generations. The results showed that compared to the control group (CK), the adult longevity, total fecundity, and survival rate from the second instar to adult significantly decreased in the four treatment groups, while the pre-oviposition period was significantly prolonged. The developmental time of A. chinensis was significantly extended in the beta-cypermethrin, emamectin benzoate and abamectin groups, but shortened in the spinosad group. The emamectin benzoate-treated bugs were significantly smaller and lighter than control. The sex ratios in the emamectin benzoate group were male-biased, while those in the abamectin and beta-cypermethrin groups approached 1﹕1, with the spinosad group showing a female-biased tendency. These findings indicate that A. chinensis incurs a lower fitness cost in developing resistance to spinosad, which makes the predator compatible with most IPM systems with spinosad. This study provides a theoretical basis for resistance breeding research in A. chinensis. |
