| 为深入探究化学防治对不同生境红火蚁Solenopsis invicta的控制效果,从而为制定更加精准有效的红火蚁防控策略提供科学依据。本研究首先选取了13种饵剂进行室内药效试验,通过观察记录红火蚁死亡率筛选出具有高效杀虫活性的药剂。随后,通过田间防治试验,重点比较了6种药剂在林地、草地、农田3种生境下对红火蚁的防治效果。室内试验结果显示,灭蚁威(0.45%胺菊酯+0.05%氯氰菊酯)、优可威(0.05%茚虫威)、舒绝(0.1%茚虫威)、除星(0.1%茚虫威)、达豪(0.1%茚虫威)、赵师傅(0.1%呋虫胺)饵剂对室内红火蚁的控制效果较好,处理后第7天,工蚁的校正死亡率均超过90%。田间试验显示,不同药剂对生境复杂性较低的草地中红火蚁综合防效较高,而在生境复杂性较高的林地中红火蚁综合防效较低。研究还发现,不同厂家生产的药剂即使在相同有效成分且含量接近的情况下,药剂的防效也存在较大差异。这些发现为进一步制定有针对性的红火蚁防控策略提供了重要参考。 |

| The investigation of chemical control measures against Solenopsis invicta across diverse habitats was pivotal for developing targeted ant management strategies. Initially, thirteen baits were selected for laboratory efficacy trials targeting the red imported fire ant, with their insecticidal activity assessed based on mortality rates. Subsequently, field control trials were conducted to compare the efficacy of six selected insecticides across three distinct habitats: woodland, grassland and farmland. Laboratory experiments demonstrated that baits formulated with Meiyiwei (0.45% Tetramethrin+0.05% Cypermethrin), Youkewei (0.05% indoxacarb), Shujue (0.1% indoxacarb), Chuxing (0.1% indoxacarb), Dahao (0.1% indoxacarb), and Zhaoshifu (0.1% Dinotefuran) exhibited significant control efficacy against S. invicta, with corrected mortality rates of worker ants exceeding 90% on the 7th day post-treatment. Field trial results demonstrated that all six tested insecticides achieved the highest comprehensive control efficacy in grassland habitats with low habitat complexity, whereas the lowest efficacy was observed in woodland with complex ecological environments. This study further revealed substantial variations in insecticidal efficacy among formulations from different manufacturers, even when active ingredients and their concentrations were nearly identical. These findings provide critical guidance for developing targeted control strategies against the red imported fire ant. |
