| 红火蚁(Solenopsis invicta Buren)是一种严重危害生态环境和农业生产的入侵性害虫,其取食和搬运行为对诱杀饵剂的防治效果具有重要影响。为深入了解红火蚁的饵剂搬运规律并为科学防控提供依据,本研究在田间条件下设置不同大小的蚁丘,在每个蚁丘中投放舒绝杀蚁饵剂(0.1%茚虫威),并每隔1 h测定红火蚁的饵剂搬运量。结果表明,红火蚁的搬运量随饵剂投放时间延长呈“先增加后减少最终停止”趋势,其中投放后第 2 h 为搬运高峰,投放 8 h 后基本停止搬运。日最大搬运量随蚁丘体积、基部面积和高度的增加而增大,当蚁丘体积为 47 623.3 cm3、基部面积为 2 551.3 cm2、高度为 28 cm 时,搬运量达到最大值(36.096 g)。此外,工蚁体长与日最大搬运量呈显著正相关关系。 |

| The red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta Buren) is an invasive pest that poses a serious threat to the ecological environment and agricultural production. Its foraging and bait-carrying behaviors have significant impacts on the effectiveness of bait-based control methods. To better understand the bait transportation patterns of S. invicta and provide a scientific basis for its management, field experiments were conducted with ant mounds of different sizes. A commercial bait formulation (Shujue ant bait, 0.1% indoxacarb) was applied to each mound, and the amount of bait transported by the ants was measured at 1 h intervals. The results showed that the amount of bait transported increased initially, then decreased, and finally ceased over time. The second hour after bait placement represented the peak transportation period, while transportation nearly stopped after 8 h. The daily maximum transportation amount increased with mound volume, basal area, and height, reaching a maximum value of 36.096 g when the mound volume, basal area, and height were 47,623.3 cm3, 2,551.3 cm2, and 28 cm, respectively. Moreover, a significant positive correlation was observed between worker body length and daily maximum transportation amount. A mathematical model describing the relationship among mound size, worker body length, and daily maximum transportation amount was established, providing a theoretical reference for optimizing the efficiency of bait-based control strategies against S. invicta. |
