| 咖啡新皱胸天牛Neoplocaederus obesus(Gahan,1890)是一种寄主广泛的蛀干性害虫,近年来在中山市发现其危害绿化树种人面子Dracontomelon duperreanum Pierre,并且能造成植株的死亡。为了给咖啡新皱胸天牛的防控技术研究提供基础数据,本研究结合野外调查和室内饲养对其在中山市的生活史和对人面子的危害情况进行了调查,获得了咖啡新皱胸天牛在中山市的生活周期等生物学信息。另外通过解剖对比,对咖啡新皱胸天牛幼虫制作钙质茧壳的现象进行了初步探究,确认其体内产生和存储钙质物的部位为马氏管,并推测其通过上颚分泌钙质物或含蛋白质的粘合质来制作钙质茧。 |

| Neoplocaederus obesus (Gahan, 1890) is a wood borer with wide ranges of hosts, which was found on D. duperreanum Pierre in Zhongshan in the past few years, causing death of several trees. Data from field observations and larvae raised in lab were combined to investigate the life cycle of N. obesus in Zhongshan and its damages to D. duperreanum, which could provide basic information to the study of prevent and control of this species. This research also initially explores the production of calcareous cocoon of N. obesus larva before pupate by dissections and comparations. The results confirmed that the calcareous granules were produced and stored in the Malpighian tubules, and also suggested that mandibles should play an important role on secretion of calcareous granules or albuminous cement to making cocoons. |
