| 红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren是一种全球性的入侵害虫,对人类健康产生了极大的威胁,开发出针对红火蚁的绿色、高效、持久的驱避剂制剂,为人类提供及时有效的防护具有重要意义。本研究配制了不同浓度的邻氨基苯甲酸乙酯、邻氨基苯甲酸丁酯和甲基异丁香酚3种生物源或可食用物质的制剂,并测试其在不同环境条件下对红火蚁的驱避效果,同时对其在不同温度和储藏条件下的稳定性进行了分析。结果显示,3种有效成分的驱避剂制剂对觅食状态或受惊扰状态的红火蚁工蚁均具有显著的驱避效果。在室内条件下,2 mg/mL、4 mg/mL、8 mg/mL邻氨基苯甲酸丁酯,4 mg/mL和8 mg/mL甲基异丁香酚和8 mg/mL邻氨基苯甲酸乙酯在60 min内对觅食的红火蚁具有显著驱避效果。在野外条件下,5%邻氨基苯甲酸丁酯和甲基异丁香酚制剂在60 min内对觅食的红火蚁具有较强的驱避作用;5%和10%甲基异丁香酚在短时间内对受惊扰的红火蚁工蚁具有较好的驱避作用。对5%的邻氨基苯甲酸乙酯、邻氨基苯甲酸丁酯和甲基异丁香酚驱避剂制剂进行储存条件下的理化性质分析发现,邻氨基苯甲酸乙酯和甲基异丁香酚两种驱避剂制剂具有较高的稳定性。综上研究表明,5%甲基异丁香酚制剂对红火蚁具有显著的驱避作用和较高的稳定性,在室内外不同环境条件下,具有高效且持久的驱避作用,是较好的红火蚁绿色驱避剂候选药剂。 |

| The red imported fire ant, Solenopsis invicta Buren, is a global invasive pest that poses a great threat to human health.It is of great significance to develop green, efficient, and durable repellent to against fire antand protect human.Different concentration of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, and methyl isoeugenol were prepared to test their repellent effects, and their stability was also analyzed.The results showed that the three active compounds had significant repellent effects on fire ants which was in either the foraging state or the disturbed state.Indoor experiment showed that, 2 mg/mL, 4 mg/mL, 8 mg/mL butyl acetate, 4 mg/mL and 8 mg/mL methyl isoeugenol and 8 mg/mL ethyl acetate had prominent repellent effects on fire ant foragers within 60 min. In field conditions, 5% butyl acetate and methyl isoeugenol preparations had strong repellent effects on fire ant forager within 60 min. and 5% and 10% methyl isoeugenol had noteworthy repellent effects on disturbing S. invicta in a short time. The physicochemical properties of three 5% repellent preparations prepared in laboratory were analyzed. It was found that the two repellent preparations of ethyl acetate and methyl isoeugenol had high stability. In summary, the results showed that 5% methyl isoeugenol preparation had remarkable repellent effect and high stability on red imported fire ants, and had efficient and durable repellent effect under different indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, and was a better candidate for green repellent of S. invicta. |
