      蠋蝽Arma chinensis(Fallou)作为一种重要的捕食性天敌,广泛用于多种害虫的防控,但传统的释放方式成本高,时效性差等问题影响了天敌昆虫的使用。如何增值保护天敌,提高生物防治的技术成为关键。储蓄植物具有预防性引入天敌的特点、有助于帮助天敌种群的维持,实现持续控害。本文评价了花生、大豆、豌豆、蚕豆、菜豆5种豆科植物作为蠋蝽的储蓄植物的室内适合度。结果表明:蠋蝽在不同的植株上的偏好率及产卵量存在显著差异(P < 0.05),蠋蝽对花生与大豆植株的偏好率均达到20%以上,显著高于其它植株(P < 0.05);在大豆植株上平均产卵量最高达到15.2粒,占所有植株上总产卵量的23.71%,其次是花生植株14粒,占总产卵量的21.84%,两者无明显差异(P > 0.05);大豆上的孵化率可达到93.78%,与蚕豆、花生相比无显著差异(P > 0.05);而大豆的繁殖系数最高,与其它植株有显著差异(P < 0.05)。在无猎物时,蠋蝽在花生和大豆叶片饲养下存活时间最长、存活率最高,可少量发育至成虫。综上所述,初步认为大豆与花生比较适合用来构建蠋蝽储蓄植物系统,而田间构建蠋蝽储蓄植物系统效果还需进一步研究。

      Arma chinensis (Fallou) as an important predatory natural enemy, has been widely used in the control of various pests. However, traditional release methods are hindered by high cost and poor timeliness, limiting the application of natural enemies. Banker plants feature the preventive introduction of natural enemies, helping to maintain natural enemy populations and achieving continuous control of pests. This study evaluated the suitability of five leguminous plants, peanut (Arachis hypogaea), soybean (Glycine max), pea (Pisum sativum), horse bean (Vicia faba), and rack bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), as banker plants for Arma chinensis in an indoor environment. The results showed significant differences (P < 0.05) in the preference rate and fecundity of Arma chinensis across different plants. The preference rate of Arma chinensis on peanut and soybean plants reached over 20%, which was significantly higher than other plants (P < 0.05). The highest average fecundity on soybean plants reached 15.2 eggs per female, accounting for 23.71% of the total eggs dropped on all plants, followed by peanut plants (14 eggs, 21.84%). No significant difference was found between soybean and peanut (P > 0.05). The hatching rate of soybean reached 93.78%, and there was no significant difference compared with horse beans or peanuts (P > 0.05). The reproductive coefficient of soybean was the highest comparing to other plants (P < 0.05). In the absence of prey, the Arma chinensis survived longest with the highest survival rates when fed on peanut and soybean leaves. A few individuals even developed into adults. In summary, soybeans and peanuts are preliminarily identified as suitable candidates for constructing Arma chinensis banker plant systems, and the effectiveness of constructing banker plant systems in the field needs further validation.
