      探究黄光照射对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura Fabricius成虫产卵和寿命的影响,为利用黄光防控斜纹夜蛾提供理论依据。本研究设置50~55 lx、30~35 lx和5~10 lx 3个黄光光照处理组及1个黑暗对照(CK),观察记录不同处理下雌虫产卵比率、产卵前期、产卵历期、产卵量、卵孵化率和成虫寿命等。结果表明,3个黄光处理组对斜纹夜蛾的产卵和寿命均存在一定的影响。50~55 lx黄光处理组的产卵雌虫比率比对照组明显下降24.86%,产卵前期明显延长2 d;3个黄光处理组的产卵历期相比对照组分别显著缩短1.47 d、1.35 d和1.37 d;3个黄光处理组的单雌产卵总量与对照组相比明显下降427.19粒、334.62粒和313.95粒,30~35 lx和50~55 lx处理组的平均每日单雌产卵量分别显著低于对照组82.93粒和74.2粒;在产卵期的第3天,30~35 lx和50~55 lx处理组的卵孵化率均显著低于对照组45.53%;50~55 lx处理组的雌成虫寿命与50~55 lx和30~35 lx处理组的雄成虫寿命分别显著低于对照组1.77 d、2.15 d和2.26 d。该研究结果为利用黄光防控斜纹夜蛾提供了一定的理论支撑。

      To explore the effect of yellow light irradiation on the oviposition and longevity of Spodoptera litura adult , and provide a theoretical basis for using yellow light to control S. litura. In the study, three yellow light treatment groups (50~55 lx, 30~35 lx, and 5~10 lx) and one dark control (CK) were used to observe and record the oviposition female adult ratio, pre-oviposition period, oviposition period, oviposition quantity, egg hatching rate, longevity of S. litura under different treatments. The results showed that three yellow light treatment groups had a certain impact on the oviposition and longevity of S. litura. The ratio of oviposition females in the 50~55 lx yellow light treatment group decreased by 24.86 % significantly compared with the control, and the pre-oviposition period prolonged 2 days significantly. The oviposition period of the three yellow light treatment groups reduced by 1.47, 1.35 and 1.37 days significantly compared with the control, respectively. The total number of single female oviposition quantity in the three yellow light treatment groups reduced by 427.19, 334.62, and 313.95 significantly compared with the control group. The average daily single female oviposition quantities in the 30~35 lx and 50~55 lx treatment groups were also significantly lower than those of the control by 82.93 and 74.2 eggs, respectively. On the third day of the oviposition period, the hatching rates of eggs in the 30~35 lx and 50~55 lx treatment groups were significantly lower than those of the control by 45.53%. The longevities of female adults in the 50~55 lx treatment group and male adults in the 50~55 lx and 30~35 lx treatment groups were significantly lower than those of the control by 1.77, 2.15, and 2.26 days respectively. The research results provide certain theoretical support for the use of yellow light to control S. litura.
