在实验室饲养野生型桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)过程中发现了一种蛹色为白色的桔小实蝇突变品系。根据孟德尔遗传规律,设计野生型与突变型杂交(正交和反交)、F1代与突变型回交、F1代自交以及F2代突变型自交等实验,对蛹白化突变性状的遗传规律进行研究。结果显示野生型与突变型杂交F1代蛹色全部为野生型;F2代野生型和突变型的性状分离比为2.98∶1,回交实验野生型与突变型性状分离比为1.19∶1;而突变体自交后代(F3代)全部为突变体。结果表明桔小实蝇蛹色白化突变品系的遗传规律符合孟德尔遗传规律,属于常染色体上单基因控制的隐性遗传性状。 |

A white pupa mutant strains of the oriental fruit fly was found in the laboratory population. According to the genetic laws of Mendel, the experiments of wild type and mutant hybrid (reciprocal cross), F1 generation backcross with mutant type, F1 generation self-fertilize and F2generation of mutant self-fertilize were designed and carried out, and the genetic regulation of white pupa mutant character was observed and analyzed. The results showed that the proportion of the wild type in F1 generation of reciprocal crosses between wild and mutant parents was 100%, the ratio of F2 segregation between wild and mutant types was 2.98∶1, and the ratio in backcrosses was 1.19∶1. In addition, progenies of self-crossed F2 mutants all were mutant type. The results indicated that this kind of white pupa mutant strains was consistent with Mendelian monogenic autosomal recessive inheritance. |
