| 在四川康定基地的实验室（海拔高度3800 m）内研究了人工培殖冬虫夏草过程中一种眼蕈蚊属害虫的生物学特性及其防控方法。该虫在10℃-13℃，相对湿度65%-75%的条件下完成一个世代所需要的时间为85-95 d，幼虫期为28-30 d，蛹期为16-20 d，成虫期为15-20 d，卵期为27-30 d。基质和饲料都同时存在是该虫生存的必要条件。在无土条件下裸露饲养可以有效避免该害虫的发生。 |

| The biology characters and the controlling of Sciara sp.were studied at Kangding base laboratory (at 3800 m altitude) of Sichuan Province .One generation lasts 85-95 d at 10℃-13℃, relative humidity with 65%-75% . The larval stage is 28-30 d. The pupal stage is 16-20 d. The adults stage is 15-20 d and the egg stage is 27-30 d . It is the necessary condition for Sciara sp. living that both the soil and the food are mixed together .The way that artificial without soil can prevent Sciara sp. germinating . |
