A systematic investigation of Cerambycidae at Damingshan Nature Reserve, Guangxi was carried out and various indices were used to measure species richness and diversity of Cerambycidae community. Species richness was measured by the distribution of species-abundance. The estimation of total species is S*≈199. The analysis of α-diversity showed that habitats range in a descending order of diversity index from natural broad-leaved forest, planted forest, the grass-shrub in planted forest to the grass-shrub on the hilltop; months range from July, June, May, April, August to September; altitude belts range from 1000-1500 m belt, 500-1000 m belt, under 500 m belt to above 1500 m belt. The analysis of β-diversity showed that similarity between habitats was slightly low, and the community composition of longicorn beetles have a closely relationship with vegetation types.
