An assessment of spinosad and 3 mixtures toxicity to honeybees (Apis mellifera L) and Trichogramma ostriniae were conducted through laboratory method, meanwhile the safety of these insecticides were also evaluated Stomach toxicity tests performed in standardized conditions on adult bees showed that spinosad insecticides were high or very high toxicity to the honeybee with LC50(48 h) of 593 aimg/L for 25 g/L spinosad SC, 145×10-1 aimg/L for 4% abmectin·spinosad EW, 304×10-1 aimg/L for 3% emamectin benzoate·spinosad SC, 466×10-1 aimg/L for 6% emamectin benzoate·spinosad WJ LD50(48 h) by topical application were 00887,0289,00046 and 00053 aiμg per bee respectively According to the guideline issued by national environmental protection, the contact toxicity of all the tested insecticides were high to bees The adult T ostriniae determined by using the dry film residue method under laboratory conditions, LC50 (24 h) of spinosad and its mixtures were 012, 0097, 022, 033 aimg/L, respectively, and results of safety evaluation showed that the four insecticides were very high risk to adult T ostriniae. |
