      为评估斑痣悬茧蜂Meteorus pulchricornis(Wesmael)对亚洲玉米螟的寄生潜能,在室内条件下研究了斑痣悬茧蜂对3龄和4龄亚洲玉米螟幼虫的寄生功能反应、搜寻效应及子代发育表现。结果表明,斑痣悬茧蜂对亚洲玉米螟不同龄期幼虫的寄生功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型模型;对不同龄期寄主的寄生表现为,对3龄寄主的寄生效能和搜寻效应均高于4龄;对不同龄期子代发育表现的结果表明,寄主龄期对子代蜂的幼虫发育历期和蛹历期存在显著影响,以4龄幼虫为寄主的子代蜂幼虫发育历期(10.72 d)和蛹历期(6.09 d)均显著大于寄生3龄寄主的历期;寄主龄期对子代蜂幼虫的化蛹率和成虫羽化率无显著影响。研究结果表明,斑痣悬茧蜂对3龄亚洲玉米螟的寄生效能更高,但对子代适合度而言,斑痣悬茧蜂以选择龄期(体型)大的寄主寄生会获得较高的子代适合度。

      To evaluate the parasitic potential of Meteorus pulchricornis(Wesmael) on Ostrinia furnacalis, the functional response, searching effect, and offspring development of M.pulchricornis on the 3rd and 4th instar larvae of O. furnacalis were studied under indoor conditions. The results showed that the parasitic functional responses of M.pulchricornis to different instar larvae of O.furnacalis conformed to the Holling II model. The attack rate and searching efficiency on 3rd instar larvae were higher than those on 4th instar larvae. The results of offspring development at different instars showed that the host age significantly affected the offspring's larval development duration and cocoon duration. The developmental duration(10.72 d) and cocoon duration(6.09 d) of the 4th instar larvae were significantly longer than those of the 3rd instar larvae. Nevertheless, the host age had no significant effect on the pupation rate and adult eclosion rate of offspring larvae. These findings suggest that the attack rate on 3rd instar larvae of O.furnacalis was higher, but parasitizing older (larger) larvae may result in higher fitness of the offspring.
