      活性氧(Reactive oxygen species,ROS)是一类由氧气不完全还原产生的高活性分子或离子的总称,包括过氧化氢(H2O2)、超氧阴离子(O2-)、羟基自由基(OH·)和一氧化氮(NO)等,它们参与昆虫体内许多重要的信号转导过程。在昆虫受伤或遭受逆境胁迫时,体内ROS水平会迅速升高,影响昆虫正常的生长发育,甚至导致细胞凋亡;但是适当浓度的ROS有利于维持昆虫体内微生物稳态,在细胞存活、生长、增殖、分化及免疫反应等多种生物功能中起着重要作用。本文围绕ROS在昆虫体内的产生原因、功能、测定方法以及宿主对ROS的调控和清除机制等研究进行了全面深入的综述。

      Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are a kind of highly reactive molecules or ions produced by incomplete reduction of oxygen, including hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), superoxide anion (O2-), hydroxyl radical (OH·) and nitric oxide (NO). They are involved in many important signal transduction processes in insects. When insects are injured or subjected to stress, the level of ROS in the body will increase rapidly, affecting the normal growth and development of insects, and even leading to apoptosis. However, appropriate concentration of ROS is conducive to maintaining microbial homeostasis in insects and plays an important role in many biological functions such as cell survival, growth, proliferation, differentiation and immune response. In this paper, the causes, functions, determination methods of ROS in insects and the regulation and scavenging mechanism of host on ROS were reviewed.
