      为明确溴虫氟苯双酰胺对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的亚致死效应,采用点滴法测定溴虫氟苯双酰胺对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的室内毒力及亚致死剂量溴虫氟苯双酰胺(LD15和LD30)对草地贪夜蛾生物学特性的影响,同时测定了亚致死剂量(LD15、LD30)和半致死剂量(LD50)溴虫氟苯双酰胺对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫体内解毒酶(GST、EST、MFO)、保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,溴虫氟苯双酰胺对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫具有良好的触杀活性,LD50值为0.50 μg/g。亚致死剂量(LD15和LD30)溴虫氟苯双酰胺处理草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫后,幼虫存活率显著下降,较对照分别下降了6.7%和32.88%;LD30处理的成虫畸形率(8.33%)较对照(1.75%)显著升高,产卵前期(3.31 d)较对照(2.88 d)显著延长。溴虫氟苯双酰胺3个不同剂量(LD15、LD30和LD50)处理均能显著诱导草地贪夜蛾体内GST比活力升高,LD30和LD50两个处理明显诱导EST和MFO比活力升高,但LD15处理EST和MFO的比活力与对照无差异。保护酶活性测定结果表明,LD15和LD30处理能显著诱导CAT活性升高,LD30处理能显著提高POD活性,但LD50处理体内3种保护酶活性与对照无差异,所有剂量处理对SOD活性无影响。因此,亚致死剂量溴虫氟苯双酰胺能显著影响草地贪夜蛾当代的生物学特性及其体内解毒酶和代谢酶的活性。

      The purpose of this study was to clarify the sub-lethal effects of broflanilide on Spodoptera frugiperda. The toxicity of broflanilide to the 3rd instar larvae of S. frugiperda was determined using the topical application method. The effects of sub-lethal doses of broflanilide (LD15, LD30) on the biological parameters of the contemporary S. frugiperda and the effects of sublethal doses of broflanilide (LD15, LD30) and medium lethal dose (LD50) on the activities of detoxification enzymes (GST, EST, MFO) and protective enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) were assessed as well. The results showed that broflanilide displayed good contact activity against the 3rd instar of S. frugiperda, with an LD50 of 0.50 μg/g. The 3rd instar of S. frugiperda treated with sub-lethal doses (LD15 and LD30) of broflanilide, the survival rate of larvae decreased by 6.7% and 32.88%,respectively. In the LD30 treatment, the adult deformity rate (8.33%) was significantly higher and the pre-spawning period (3.31 d) was longer than the control group (1.75% and 2.88 d). The three different doses of bromoxynil (LD15, LD30 and LD50) significantly induced an increase in GST activity in S. frugiperda, and two treatments, LD30 and LD50, significantly induced an increase in EST and MFO activity, but the EST and MFO activity of LD15 treatment did not differ from the control. The results of protective enzyme activities showed that LD15 and LD30 treatments significantly induced an increase in CAT activity, and LD30 treatment significantly increased POD activity, but the activities of the three protective enzymes in LD50 treatment were not different from the control, and all dose treatments had no effect on SOD activity. Therefore, biological parameters and the in vivo activities of detoxifying and metabolic enzymes in S. frugiperda can be consider ably affected by a sublethal dose of broflanilide.
