      为明确芳香植物甜罗勒Ocimum basilicum不同时期对捕食性天敌大草蛉Chrysopa pallens的影响作用,本研究利用Y型嗅觉仪测定了甜罗勒不同发育阶段(营养期和开花期)对大草蛉的嗅觉行为反应,并通过GC-MS检测了甜罗勒不同发育阶段花和叶释放的挥发性化合物,进而测定了芳樟醇、罗勒烯、丁香酚、萜品油烯、樟脑、β-榄香烯6种主要挥发物质在0.1 μg/L和0.01 μg/L浓度下对大草蛉的嗅觉行为反应。结果表明,开花期的甜罗勒植株可以显著吸引大草蛉雌虫。甜罗勒主要挥发物为单萜和倍半萜。0.1 μg/L浓度芳樟醇和0.01 μg/L浓度β-榄香烯可显著吸引大草蛉。0.1 μg/L、0.01 μg/L浓度的萜品油烯和0.01 μg/L浓度的樟脑、丁香酚、芳樟醇、罗勒烯对大草蛉具有不显著的趋向选择。因此,大草蛉对甜罗勒偏好性可能与不同时期的挥发物质不同有关,这为进一步开发甜罗勒作为大草蛉诱集定殖功能植物提供支撑数据。

      In order to evaluate the reactive preference of predatory natural enemy Chrysopa pallens to aromatic plant Ocimum basilicum in different periods, the behavioral response of C. pallens to O. basilicum at different developmental stages (vegetative and flowering stages) was observed by Y-type olfactometer. The volatile compounds of O. basilicum released from flowers and leaves at different developmental stages were detected by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS). The olfactory behavioral responses of six main volatile odors, including linalool, ocimene, eugenol, terpinolene, camphor, and β-elemene at 0.1 μg/L and 0.01 μg/L concentrations to C. pallens were further investigated. The results showed that flowering O. basilicum plants significantly attracted the female C. pallens. The main volatiles of O. basilicum were identified monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. It was found that 0.1 μg/L linalool and 0.01 μg/L β-elemene had significant attraction to C. pallens. 0.1 μg/L, 0.01 μg/L terpinolene and 0.01 μg/L camphor, eugenol, linalool, ocimene had insignificant tendency selection to C. pallens. Therefore, the preference of C. pallens was related to the volatiles at different stages of O. basilicum, which provided support data for further development of O. basilicum as an attractive colonization plant of lacewing.
