      本研究采用 Wright-Giemsa 染色方法,利用光学显微镜观察阿尔泰蝠蛾 Hepialus altaicola Wang 幼虫血细胞。根据鳞翅目昆虫血细胞形态特征对阿尔泰蝠蛾幼虫血细胞进行鉴定,计数并计算各类血细胞所占的比例。发现阿 尔泰蝠蛾幼虫血淋巴中存在原血胞、浆血胞、粒血胞、类绛色细胞、珠血胞和囊血胞 6 种细胞类型,所占比例分 别为 3.7% ,29.9% ,55.4% ,2.3% ,5.8% 和 2.9% 。阿尔泰蝠蛾幼虫血细胞组成及其形态与其他鳞翅目昆虫基本一致,但是与其它种属相比,同种类型的血细胞大小和占比略有不同。粒血胞和浆血胞是阿尔泰蝠蛾幼虫血淋巴中的主要类型,其中粒血胞占比最高。该研究为深入研究阿尔泰蝠蛾血细胞形态和功能提供理论依据和基础 数据。

      Hemocytes of Hepialus altaicola Wang ( Lepidoptera: Hepialidae) larvae were stained with Wright-Giemsa and observed under an optical microscope. The hemocytes were identify of H. altaicola larvae according to the morphological characteristics of lepidopteran insects and calculate the proportion of various types of hemocytes. The results revealed that there were prohemocytes, plasmatocytes, granulocytes,oenocytoids,spherulocytes and cystocytes in H. altaicola,accounting for 3.7% ,29.9% , 55.4% ,2.3% ,5.8% and 2.9% ,respectively. The composition and morphology of hemocytes of H. altaicola larvae were basically the same as those of other lepidopteran insects. But compared with other species,the size and proportion of hemocytes of the same type were slightly different. Granulocytes and plasmatocytes were the main types of hemolymph in H. altaicola larvae,among which the granulocytes had the highest proportion. This study provided theoretical basis and basic data for in-depth study of the morphology and function of H. altaicola hemocytes.
