冬型梨木虱是中国梨木虱Psylla chinensis的越冬虫态。本文研究了不同温度和有、无水分条件下对冬型梨木虱存活的影响。结果显示:在5~25℃范围内,冬型梨木虱成虫的存活能力随温度的升高而下降,各温度间差异显著。5℃时,成虫存活时间最长,达157.8±3.59 d(无外源水分)和209.8±1.47 d(有外源水分)。25℃时,分别为7.8±0.36 d(无外源水分)和12.3±0.98 d(有外源水分)。有外源水分条件下成虫存活时间明显高于无外源水分条件,水分和温度对冬型梨木虱的存活有明显交互影响作用。结果表明:较高温度和缺水环境不利于冬型梨木虱生存。本研究对了解中国梨木虱的生态适应能力和防控具有理论借鉴意义。 |

Winter-form pear psylla is the overwintering form of Psylla chinensis. In this paper,the effects of different temperatures and water condition on the survival of winter-form pear psylla were investigated. The results showed that: In the range of 5~25℃, the survival of adult winter-form pear psylla decreased significantly with increasing temperature. At 5℃, the survival time was the longest, up to 157.8±3.59 d (without external water) and 209.8±1.47 d (with external water). At 25℃ 7.8±0.36 d (without external water) and 12.3±0.98 d (with external water) respectively. The survival time of winter-form pear psylla with external water was significantly higher than without external water condition, it showed that external water play an obviously effect on the survival of winter-form pear psylla. The results showed that the environment with higher temperature and lack of water were not suitable for the survival of winter-form pear psylla. This study has theoretical reference for understanding the ecological adaptability and prevention of pear psylla. |
