      近年来,昆虫与共生菌的关系受到越来越多的关注,研究昆虫共生菌的种类及生物学功能具有重要意义。对从烟台、威海采集的角额壁蜂及其巢室进行放线菌的分离、纯化和16S rRNA序列测序并构建系统发育树,分别采用菌块对峙法和纸片扩散法测定菌株及其发酵液抗真菌和抗细菌活性。共计得到37株放线菌,鉴定结果表明共生菌菌株分别归属于7个属:链霉菌属26株,小单孢菌属3株,拟诺卡氏菌属2株,珊瑚状放线菌属1株,马杜拉放线菌属3株、假诺卡氏菌属1株和疣孢菌属1株。Streptomycessp. OC1611-8A 和Streptomycessp. R1706-8菌体抗真菌作用较强,对杨生盾壳霉和云南刺盘孢抑菌圈直径更是达到了25~32 mm;Micromonosporasp. OC1403-4发酵液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有较好的抗菌活性,抑菌圈直径达到了16~19 mm。本研究为进一步分离角额壁蜂共生菌的发酵产物,鉴定具有新型结构的抗菌化合物提供了参考。

      In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between insects and symbiotic bacteria, and it is of significance to identify the symbiont species and biological functions. Symbiotic actinomycetes were screened from Osmia cornifrons and their nests collected in Yantai and Weihai, 16S rRNA gene sequences of the isolates were analyzed and phylogenetic relationships were evaluated by constructing phylogenetic tree. Inhibitory activity of the strains and their fermentation broth were investigated and measured by the mash screen method and disk diffusion method, respectively. A total of 37 strains of actinobacteria were isolated and assigned to 7 different genera. Among them, 26 strains belonged to Streptomyces, and the other 11 strains toMicromonospora (3),Nocardiopsis (2), Actinocorallia (1), Actinomadura (3), Pseudonocardia (1) and Verrucosispora (1). Streptomyces sp. OC1611-8A and R1706-8 had good antifungal effects on the tested fungi, especially Coniothyrium celtidicola andColletotrichum yunnansewith inhibitory diameters of 25~32 mm; the fermentation liquid ofMicromonospora sp. OC1403-4 had strong bioactivity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtiliswith inhibition zones 16~19 mm. This study could provide a reference for the discovery of bioactive compounds with new structures based on the further separation and purification of their fermentation products.
