| 本文研究了检疫截获的楔天牛属7种楔天牛八点楔天牛、白桦楔天牛、斑点楔天牛、柳楔天牛、青杨楔天牛、山杨楔天牛、十星楔天牛雄性外生殖器的形态结构，并提供其解剖图。研究表明，楔天牛属雄性外生殖器由阳茎基、中茎和内囊3部分组成。阳茎基的阳基侧突具有相对遗传稳定性，且在属内均成近似矩形，并首次测量了7种楔天牛的成虫雄性外生殖器阳基侧突的长宽比。得出了雄性外生殖器形态特征在楔天牛属种内差异小、种间差异大，并能用雄性外生殖器特征有效区分楔天牛属近似种的结论。 |

| Seven species belonging to Genus Saperda Fabricius,1775 (Coleoptera：Cerambycidae：Lamiinae) including S.(Lopezcolonia) octopunctata(Scopoli, 1772),S.(Lopezcolonia) scalaris(Linnaeus, 1758), S.(Lopezcolonia) punctata （Linnaeus, 1776）, S.(Saperda) similisLaicharting, 1784, Saperda(Compsidia) populnea(Linnaeus, 1758), S.(Saperda) carcharias(Linnaeus, 1758) and S.(Lopezcolonia)perforata Pallas, 1773 were studied on their morphological characteristics of male genitalia, and the anatomic pictures of the male genitalia were provided.The study showed that the male genitalia was composed of three parts including tegmen, median lobe and internal sac.The lateral lobes of the tegmen were hereditarily stable, and they all looked like the rectangle.Aspect ratios of the lateral lobes of male genitalia of seven Saperda species were measured for the first time.It is concluded that the male genitalia's characteristics of Genus Saperda are small among the same species but are large among the different species.It also showed that the related species of Genus Saperda could be efficiently separated by their male genitalia's characteristics. |
