      胰岛素是由胰岛β细胞经过一些内源性或外源性物质的诱发而分泌的蛋白质激素,通过细胞的信号转导控制调节糖、脂肪和蛋白质代谢,从而影响生殖以及衰老等生长发育过程。近年来研究陆续证实该途径在昆虫中也普遍存在。本文综述了昆虫胰岛素信号途径,胰岛素在调控昆虫生长发育、生殖和行为方面的重要作用,并且胰岛素可以通过对保幼激素和蜕皮激素的影响间接作用于昆虫,对了解胰岛素在昆虫生理功能中的作用及害虫综合防治策略的制定具有积极意义。
英文摘要:
      Insulin is a protein hormone secreted by beta cells through the induction of some endogenous or exogenous substances, which regulates the metabolism of sugar, fat and protein through the signal transduction of cells, and affects the growth and development process such as reproduction and aging. In recent years, studies had confirmed that this pathway was also widespread in insects. This review summarized the signaling pathway of insect insulin, the important role of insulin in regulating the growth and development, reproduction and behaviour, and insulin could also indirectly affect insects through the influence of juvenile hormones and moulting hormone,which is of great significance to the understanding of the physiological mechanism of insects and the formulation of integrated pest control strategies.
