      为有效防范疫病传入,保护国内生态和环境安全,本文根据新西兰风险分析模型,从传入释放的可能性、定殖和扩散的可能性以及对经济和生态的潜在危害性3个方面对进境蜜蜂所可能携带的病毒、细菌、真菌、寄生物和敌害等危害进行风险分析。结果表明,蜂群崩溃失调病Colony Collapse Disorder、美洲幼虫腐臭病American Foulbrood、欧洲幼虫腐臭病European Foulbrood、武氏蜂盾螨Acrapis woodi、小蜂螨Tropilaelaps spp.、狄斯瓦螨Varroa destructor、蚤蝇Apocephalus borealis和蜂巢小甲虫Small Hive Beetle(Aethina tumidaMurray,SHB)等8种病虫害能给国内蜜蜂带来一定的风险,根据风险评估结果,提出了相应的风险管理措施。研究结果能为制定相应的检疫措施提供科学依据。

      In order to effectively prevent from the introduction of the honey bee diseases including the virus, bacteria, fungias, parasites, predators, etc. into China to protect the domestic ecological environment, a risk analysis of imported honey bees was conducted based on the risk analysis model used in New Zealand, taking into account the probability of invasion, colonization and the dissemination of parasites and epidemic diseases in China, and the potential harmfulness of these diseases to the economy and ecology of China. The results showed that Colony Collapse Disorder, American Foulbrood, European Foulbrood, Acrapis woodi, Tropilaelaps spp, Varroa destructor Anderson & Trueman, Apocephalus borealis and Small Hive Beetle(Aethina tumida Murray,SHB)pose significant risks of introducing new pests and diseases to Chinese honey bees, and the relevant risk management measures had been developed and implemented. Our results aimed to provide a scientific basis for formulating quarantine measures.
