      测定了蜡蚧轮枝菌Verticillium lecanii MZ041024 菌株对扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley 的致病性。结 果表明蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024 菌株对扶桑绵粉蚧1 龄若虫的致病率为83. 72%,致死中浓度LC50 为1. 49 × 105 个/ mL,致死中时间LT50 是5. 21 d; 对2 龄若虫的致病率为74. 42%,致死中浓度LC50 为3. 66 × 103 个/mL,致死中时 间LT50 是5. 55 d; 对3 龄若虫的致病率为76. 74%,致死中浓度LC50 为9. 82 × 104 个/mL,致死中时间LT50 是5. 44 d; 其对雌成虫的致病率为85. 37%,致死中浓度LC50 为2. 80 × 104 个/mL,致死中时间LT50 是4. 87 d。说明蜡蚧轮 枝菌MZ041024 菌株对扶桑绵粉蚧有较强的致病性。

      The virulence of Verticillium lecanii MZ041024 to 1st,2nd and 3rd larvae and female adult of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley under five different concentrations from 3.0 × 104 to 3.0 × 108 spores /mL was determined. Results indicated that mortality rate of V. lecanii MZ041024 to 1st larvae was 83.72%,the median lethal concentration (LC50) was 1.49 × 105 spores /mL,and the median lethal time ( LT50) was 5.21 d; the pathogenic rate of isolate MZ041024 to 2nd larvae was 74.42%, LC50 was 3.66 ×103 spores /mL,and LT50 was 5.55 d; the mortality rate of isolate MZ041024 to 3rd larvae was 76.74%,LC50 was 9.82 × 104 spores /mL,and LT50 was 5.44 d; the pathogenic rate of isolate MZ041024 to female adults was 85.37%,LC50 was 2.80 × 104 spores /mL,and LT50 was 4.87 d. So the above data showed that the isolate MZ041024 of V. lecanii had strong virulence to P. solenopsis Tinsley.
