稻螟赤眼蜂 Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead 是水稻螟虫的重要卵寄生性天敌,对水稻螟虫的自然种群有着一定的控制作用。本文以稻螟赤眼蜂预蛹期作为冷藏时期,在0、3、6、10℃ 4个温度和0、5、10、15、20、25、30 d 7个冷藏时间条件下,以羽化率、雌蜂百分率、寄生米蛾卵数量、雌蜂寿命、种群趋势指数作为指标,调查了冷藏对稻螟赤眼蜂品质的影响。研究表明,在4个温度下,稻螟赤眼蜂各指标均随着冷藏时间的增加而降低。各冷藏温度中,以 0℃最为敏感,冷藏至5 d时,羽化率(38.11%)和寄生米蛾卵数量(19.4粒)显著低于未冷藏处理;冷藏至15 d时,雌蜂寿命由3.1 d降至1.9 d,种群趋势指数由23.36下降至1.07。10℃下,稻螟赤眼蜂各指标下降最为缓慢,冷藏至10 d时,羽化率(85.35%)和寄生米蛾卵数量(24.3个)与冷藏0 d的差异不显著;冷藏至15 d时,雌蜂寿命(2.7 d)与冷藏0 d的差异也不显著,种群趋势指数为12.52。综合各指标,工厂化繁殖稻螟赤眼蜂时,其适宜冷藏温度为10℃,冷藏时间为10 d。 |

Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead, an important parasitic natural enemy in paddy field, plays a key role to suppress natural population of rice stem borers. In this study, the prepupal stage of T. japonicum was selected for cold storage, and the effects of cold storage (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 d stored at 0, 3, 6 and 10℃) on emergence, percentage of females, capacity of parasitism, female longevity and index of population trend were investigated. The results indicated that all biological parameters decreased as storage duration increased at various temperatures. When parasitoids were stored for 5 d at 0℃, the percentage of emergence (38.11%) and number of eggs parasitized (19.4) were significantly lower than those of unstored ones. The female longevity decreased from 3.1 d to 1.9 d, and index of population trend decreased from 23.36 to 1.07 when they were stored for 15 d at 0℃. However, the percentage of emergence (85.35%) and number of eggs parasitized (24.3) by parasitoids stored for 10 d at 10℃ were not different from those of unstored ones. For the parasitoids stored for 15 d at 10℃, their index of population trend was 12.52, and female longevity was 2.7 d without difference from that of unstored ones. Generally, storage for 10 d at 10℃ is suitable for application during mass production of T. japonicum. |
