应用固相微萃取方法分别收集黄曲条跳甲 Phyllotreta striolata Fabricius雌雄成虫的虫体挥发物，用GC-MS（气相色谱-质谱）技术对挥发物进行分析和比较。结果显示，雌虫和雄虫挥发性化学物质含有烷烃类、烯烃类、醇类，主要组分以烷烃类和烯烃类物质为主，其中两者共同含有且含量较大的为2-异丙基-5-甲基-1-庚醇和2,4-二甲基-1-癸烯。雌、雄成虫释放的挥发性物质种类差异较大，有12种仅存在于雌虫中，25种仅存在于雄虫中。同时，两者都释放的挥发物含量差异也比较明显。选取了雄虫挥发物中特有的化合物异胡薄荷醇和壬醛，应用四臂嗅觉仪测定黄曲条跳甲成虫对其嗅觉反应。结果表明：两种物质在不同浓度、流速下对黄曲条跳甲的作用不同，雌雄虫对两种物质的反应也不同。异胡薄荷醇在流速150 mL/min、浓度10 uL/mL时对雌虫具有显著的吸引作用，而对雄虫没有显著效果；壬醛在流速100 mL/min、浓度10 μL/mL时对雌虫具有显著的驱避作用，而在流速200 mL/min、浓度0.1和1 μL/mL时对雄虫具有一定的吸引作用。

Volatiles of male and female adults of striped flea beetle (Phyllotreta striolata Fabricius) were collected by SPEM method respectively, and then identified and compared with GC-MS technology. The results showed that male and female volatile chemicals belonged to alkanes, olefins and alcohols. The main components belonged to alkanes and olefins. Among them, 2-isopropyl-5-methyl-1-enanthol and 2,4-two methyl-1-decene were most abundant in both male and female. But the substances from male and female had a lot of difference. There were 12 kinds of volatiles existed only in the female, and 25 only in male. In addition, the contents of the same chemicals from male and female were also different. Two kinds of volatiles which presented only in the male, lsopulegol and nonanal were tested for their bioactivity on the olfactory response of striped flea beetle adults using a four arm olfactometer. The results showed that the two substances had different effect in different concentration and flow rate, and the reactions of male and female to the same concentration and flow rate of same substance were also different. Isopulegol performed significant attractive effect on females in the flow rate of 150 mL/min and concentration of 10 μL/mL, but not effective on male; Nonanal had significant repellent effect on female at the flow rate of 100 mL/min and the concentration of 10 μL/mL, while showed some attractive effect on male under the flow rate of 200 mL/min, concentration of 0.1 and 1 μL/mL.
