蒲氏钩蝠蛾与色季拉钩蝠蛾是分布于西藏色季拉山的两种冬虫夏草寄主,两者分布地点接近、生活史相似,在羽化之前难以区分。本文通过多种多元分析方法和均数比较,采用5个形态特征对上述两物种共计3个自然群体的蛹进行了对比分析。主成分和聚类分析结果表明,蛹的形态在种间区别明显,而种下不同群体的蛹较为相似。均数比较的结果显示,蒲氏钩蝠蛾蛹在纵向和横向维度上均大于色季拉钩蝠蛾,两个物种都表现出明显的种内性二型现象,雌性蛹的体型显著大于雄性。建立了两种钩蝠蛾蛹物种和性别的判别式,判别准确率均达到100%。因此,通过测量蛹的体型数据,可简便快速的初步分辨蒲氏钩蝠蛾与色季拉钩蝠蛾,并确定其性别,作为物种鉴定的有力参考。鉴于钩蝠蛾属昆虫独特的分布和分化模式,本文的方法应具有普适性,可在其他的冬虫夏草产地判定处于蛹期的钩蝠蛾样本。 |

Larvae of the genus Thitarodes,as the host of entomopathogenic fungusOphiocordyceps sinensis,have great economic importance in the Tibetan Plateau. There are two Thitarodes species reported in Mt. Segrila, T. pui and T. sejilaensis. It is hard to distinguish the two species before eclosion because of the same life history, close distribution, and almost the same morphology. We firstly report here the pupae morphological variations among three geographical populations of two ThitarodesspeciesFive morphological characters were measured. The data were statistically analyzed by analysis of significance of difference and three multivariation analysis methods. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed a high similarity in intraspecific and a significant difference in interspecific. T. puihad significantly larger size of pupa than that of T. sejilaensis. Remarkable sexual size dimorphism was observed in both two species, which male pupae typically smaller than female pupae. The discriminant functions were established for sex & species identification of two species, and the discriminant accuracy was 100% for any of the four types of Thitarodes pupae (T. sejilaensis ♂; T. sejilaensis ♀; T. pui ♂; T. pui ♀) in Mt. Sejila,and the comprehensive discriminant accuracy rate was 100% also. It could be concluded that T. pui and T. sejilaensis will be distinguished quicky and accurately based on pupae morphological characters, and the sex of pupa will be determined. In consideration of the characteristic distribution & differentiation pattern of genusThitarodes, the methods used in this paper should be universality and could be used to identify Thitarodesspecimen distributed in other geographical region when they are in the period of pupal stage. |
