水稻螟虫是水稻上的重要害虫。本文应用聚集强度指数和地统计学方法研究了广州地区水稻螟虫幼虫种的构成及其空间分布。结果表明:目前,台湾稻螟Chilotraea auricilia是广州地区水稻螟虫的优势种群。在空间分布上,分蘖期和抽穗期稻螟幼虫在稻田中均呈聚集分布,且它们的半变异曲线均为高斯模型。分蘖期稻螟幼虫块金值与基台值比值(0608)较低,表明其空间异质性是由空间的自相关性引起,而抽穗期稻螟幼虫块金值与基台值比值(1792)较高,表明其空间异质性是由随机因素引起。利用Kriging插值法,由地统计学软件Sufer 80 绘制的密度等值线图可直观地反映稻螟幼虫在分蘖期和抽穗期的空间分布。 |

The rice borer is a key pest of rice The objective of this study was to determine the species and spatial distribution of rice borer larva in Guangzhou by using aggregation intensity index and geostatistics The results indicated that Chilo auricilius (Dudgeon) was the dominant specie of rice borer in Guangzhou at present The rice borer larva spatial distribution showed an aggregation distribution at both tillering and heading stage, and their semivariograms were mostly fit to gaussian model The low nugget/sill(0608) value revealed that space of self-relevant play a key role in spatial heterogeneity of rice borer larva at tillering stage, however, high nugget/sill(1792) value revealed that random variation instead at heading stage The isoclines maps of rice borer larva were created by the geostatistical software Surfer 80 with Kriging interpolation, and those resulting maps gave a direct viewing on the spatial distributions at tillering and heading stage. |
