      柑桔大实蝇Bactrocera minax为一化性昆虫,温度是影响大实蝇蛹羽化的关键因素。本实验研究了化蛹后不同温度处理对大实蝇蛹羽化的影响,结果显示,10月29日化蛹并置于25℃条件下的蛹能够羽化,蛹历期为113.7 d。化蛹30 d后再移入25℃恒温培养室的蛹历期为122.6 d,自然条件放置3个月后移入25℃恒温培养室的蛹历期为179.7 d。自然条件放置5个月后再移入 25℃恒温培养室的蛹和一直处于自然条件的蛹历期为200 d。自然条件下的蛹羽化率和羽化整齐度都相对较高,蛹历期越短羽化率、羽化整齐度越低。

      Bactrocera minax is a kind of univoltine insect, and temperature plays a key role in its eclosion. In this study, the effect of temperature gradient on the B. minax eclosion was investigated. Our results showed that pupa which were formed on October 29th and placed under the conditions of 25℃ were able to emergence, and the pupal period is 113.7 days. Pupae that were moved to 25℃ incubation chamber 30 days after pupation were also able to emergence, and the pupal period is 122.6 days. Additionally, the pupal period is 179.7 days for the pupa that were placed under natural conditions for three months and then moved to 25℃ incubation chamber, while the pupal period is 200 days for the pupa that were placed under natural conditions for five months and then moved to 25℃ incubation chamber. We also found that eclosion rate and uniformity are relatively higher under natural conditions, Notably, the shorter the pupal period is, the lower the pupa eclosion rate and uniformity is.
