为明确温度对条蜂缘蝽种群生长发育及繁殖的影响,本试验设置16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、32℃共5个温度梯度,以水发大豆籽粒为寄主材料饲养条蜂缘蝽,观察记录各虫态发育历期、存活及成虫产卵繁殖情况,利用最小二乘法测定各发育阶段的有效积温和发育起点温度,采用生命表技术分析种群趋势指数等生态学指标。结果表明:在16~32℃范围内,条蜂缘蝽各虫态的发育速率与温度之间呈显著正相关,温度越高发育速率越快,发育历期越短。卵及若虫期有效积温分别为90.90 d.℃、276.55 d.℃,发育起点温度分别为13.47℃、11.45℃。不同温度条件下,条蜂缘蝽各虫态发育历期存在显著差异,在16℃条件下条蜂缘蝽成虫不产卵,24℃时,种群内禀增长率rm最大为0.0394,种群趋势指数I值最高为4.79。可见,24℃为其种群生长发育及繁殖的最适温度。 |

In order to ascertain the effects of temperature on the growth, development and reproduction of Riptortus linearis population, five constant temperature conditions of 16, 20, 24, 28 and 32 °C were set in this experiment, and water-grown soybean grains were used as host materials to feed Riptortus linearis population. The developmental duration, survival and reproduction were observed and recorded. The effective accumulated and the developmental starting temperature of each development stage were measured by least square method, and ecological indexes such as population trend index were analyzed by life table technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the development rate and temperature, the higher of the temperature, the faster of the development rate and the shorte rof the developmental duration. The effective accumulated temperature in egg, nymphs stages was 90.90 d.℃, 276.55 d.℃, the developmental zero was 13.47℃, 11.45℃ respectively. Under different temperature conditions, there were significant differences in the development periods of different stages. At 16℃, the adults did not spawn, and at 24℃, the maximum intrinsic growth rate of rm was 0.0394, and the maximum population trend index I was 4.79. It can be seen that 24℃ is the optimum temperature for population growth and reproduction. |
