昆虫通过肌肉系统进行各项生命活动,副肌球蛋白(paramyosin)是昆虫肌肉的重要组成蛋白质,是粗肌丝的主要结构成分之一,能够调节昆虫肌肉的主动张力,并且蛋白质磷酸化与肌肉的组织和功能密切相关。本文从副肌球蛋白的基因特征、蛋白质结构以及部分功能等方面展开综述,着重介绍该蛋白质基因的表达与调控和对昆虫肌肉组织的影响,并对昆虫副肌球蛋白未来的研究方向进行了展望。 |

Insects carry out various life activities through muscle system. Paramyosin is an important component protein of insect muscles and one of the main structural components of thick myofilaments. It can regulate the active tension of insect muscles, and protein phosphorylation is closely related to muscle tissue and function. In this paper, the gene characteristics, protein structure and some functions of paramyosin are reviewed, and the expression and regulation of paramyosin gene and its influence on insect muscle tissue are emphatically introduced, and the future research direction of paramyosin in insect is prospected. |
