为了明确来自中国新疆青河县危害春小麦的一种负泥虫的种类,对其成虫外部形态和生殖器官结构进行了观察,并分析了其线粒体COⅠ基因序列。结果显示,成虫的身体长4.98~5.61 mm,头部呈深蓝色,额唇基三角形,覆盖刚毛,触角11节,黑色念珠状。前胸背板长宽近相等,为橙红色,前后缘呈薄黑色。鞘翅长3.44~3.67 mm,蓝黑色盾形,基部明显宽于前胸,每侧具10列由密而深刻点组成的条纹。小盾片梯形黑色。腿节(除基部)、胫节(除端部)为橙红色,其余为黑色。雄性阳茎内的插入器(鞭毛)粗壮略短,长518.99 μm,宽86.29 μm,轻微弯曲。雌性受精囊导管在近端部硬化严重,长496.95 μm,盘曲折叠1圈。这些外部形态特征和生殖器结构与黑角负泥虫Oulema melanopus相符。线粒体COⅠ序列分析结果显示,与来自其他国家的11只黑角负泥虫COⅠ序列的遗传距离范围为0~0.091,系统发育也表明与黑角负泥虫、O. mauroi和O.duftschmidi的亲缘关系最近。 |

In order to clarify the species of a cereal leaf beetle feed on spring wheat in Qinghe County, Xinjiang, China, the external morphology and internal reproductive organ structure of their adults were observed, and the mitochondrial COⅠ gene sequence was also analyzed. The results showed that the body length of adult was 4.98~5.61 mm and head was dark blue with triangular frontoclypeus covered with setae. Antennae was black and moniliform, 11-segmented. Pronotum was subequal in length and width, orange-red, with thin black anterior and posterior margins. Elytra was black blue and peltate, 3.44~3.67 mm in length, covered with 10 striae composed of dense and deep punctures, and its base was distinctly wider than the prothorax. Scutellum was trapezoidal. The coxae, trochanters, tarsi and apices of tibiae are black, femora and tibiae are orange. The intromittent organ (flagellum) in male aedeagus is short, stout, and only slightly curved, with a length of 518.99 μm and a width of 86.29 μm. The ductus spermathecae is approximately 496.95 μm in length, with a heavily sclerotized proximal part, and forms one simple coil. These external morphological features and genital structures are consistent with Oulema melanopus. Mitochondrial COI sequence analysis showed that the genetic distances between the 11 O. melanopus from other countries ranged from 0~0.091, and the phylogeny also indicated that O. melanopus, O. mauroi, and O. duftschmidi were closest affinities. |
