红火蚁蚁丘大小、工蚁体长与饵剂搬运量之间的关系研究

      本研究旨在了解红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren对饵剂的搬运行为,为防治红火蚁提供科学依据。研究采用田间试验,设置了不同大小的蚁丘,每个蚁丘投放舒绝杀蚁饵剂(0.1%茚虫威),每小时测量每个蚁巢红火蚁的搬运总量。结果表明,红火蚁的搬运量随着诱饵投放时间的延长呈现出先增加后减少最后不搬运,诱饵投放第2 h是红火蚁搬运高峰期,投放诱饵8 h后红火蚁不再搬运,日最大搬运量随蚁丘体积、蚁丘基部面积和蚁丘高度的增大而增大,当蚁丘体积为47 623.3 cm3、蚁丘基部面积为2 551.3 cm2、蚁丘高度为28 cm时,日最大搬运量达到最大值,为36.096 g。同时,红火蚁的日最大搬运量与红火蚁工蚁体长呈现正相关关系。本研究建立了红火蚁日最大搬运量与蚁丘大小和工蚁体长之间的数学模型,为优化饵剂诱杀法的效果提供了参考。

      This study aims to explore the transporting behavior of Solenopsis invicta Buren on bait and provide a scientific basis to control S. invicta. Field experiments were used to set up different mound sizes, we set Shujue ant bait (0.1% indoxacarb) in each spot and measured the transporting amount of workers. The results show that the transporting amount of red imported fire ants a trend of first increasing and then decreasing and finally finishing transporting as the bait placement time increases. The second hour after placing the bait is the peak transporting period for red imported fire ants and the red imported fire ants no longer transport after 8 hours of placing the bait. The maximum daily transporting amount increases with the increase in the ant mound volume、the ant mound base area and the ant mound height . When the ant mound volume is 47 623.3 cm3、the ant mound base area is 2 551.3 cm2 and the ant mound height is 28 cm, the maximum daily transporting amount reaches the maximum value of 36.096 g. At the same time, there is a positive correlation between the maximum daily transporting amount of red imported fire ant and the body length. This study established a mathematical model between the maximum daily transporting amount of S. invicta, the mound size and the body length of worker ants, and provided a reference for optimizing the effect of bait trapping methods.
