| 【目的】为了探明暗黑赤眼蜂成虫主要感器的种类、形态特征和分布,【方法】本文利用扫描电镜对其触角和腹部末端的感器进行了观察和描述。【结果】结果发现,暗黑赤眼蜂触角上分布有7种感器,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、蒲姆氏鬃毛、腔锥形感器、板形感器、钟形感器和镰刀形感器,其中毛形感器数量最多。腹部末端分布有4种感器,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、蒲姆氏鬃毛和钟形感器,【结论】本研究进一步丰富了对赤眼蜂感器超微结构的研究,为深入研究赤眼蜂化学通讯机制和生防潜能开发利用提供科学依据。 |

| 【Aim】The aim of this study is to identify the main types, morphological characteristics and distribution of sensilla on the adult Trichogramma pintoi Voegele.【Methods】The sensilla on the antennae and abdominal tip were observed and described using scanning electron microscope (SEM). 【Results】The results showed that there were seven types of sensilla on the antennae of the T. pintoi, namely, sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, B?hm bristles, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla placodea, sensilla campaniformia and sensilla falcata, among which the sensilla trichodea were the most numerous. At the tip of the abdomen, there were four types of sensilla, namely, sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, B?hm bristles and sensilla campaniformia.【Conclusion】The present study further enriches the study of the ultrastructure of the sensilla of the Trichogramma species, and provides a morphological basis for the subsequent study of chemical communication mechanism and biocontrol development and utilisation of the Trichogramma. |
