| 昆虫滞育是昆虫适应外界环境、维护种群稳定和实现入侵的重要生物学基础。光周期是影响昆虫滞育的关键因素之一。昆虫通过感光系统及其光转导信号通路感知光周期信号,预知不利环境条件(低温、高温、干旱等)即将到来并协同温度等其他信号编辑滞育程序指导昆虫进入滞育。昆虫的感光系统由多个器官构成,包括复眼、单眼、H-B眼等,参与分子包括rhodopsin、Cryptochrome等。不同的感光结构及分子之间相辅相成,共同介导光信号的输入。目前昆虫滞育研究主要集中在内分泌与滞育的关系,关于感光系统相关结构和基因与滞育关系的研究较少,本文重点总结了昆虫的感光系统、光转导信号通路及其介导滞育的调控研究进展,旨在为深入解析环境因子等如何影响滞育相关研究提供参考。 |

| Insect diapause is a critical biological adaptation that enables insects to adjust to external environments, maintain population stability, and achieve invasiveness. Photoperiod is one of the key factors regulating insect diapause. Insects perceive photoperiodic signals through their photoreceptive systems and phototransduction signaling pathways, allowing them to anticipate adverse environmental conditions (e.g., low or high temperatures and drought) and to orchestrate the diapause program by integrating photoperiod with temperature and other cues, thereby initiating diapause. The photoreceptive system of insects consists of multiple organs, including compound eyes, ocelli, and the Hofbauer-Buchner (H-B) eyelet, along with light-sensitive molecules such as rhodopsin and cryptochrome. These photoreceptive structures and molecules work synergistically to mediate light signal input. Currently, research on insect diapause primarily focuses on the relationship between the endocrine system and diapause, whereas studies exploring the connections between photoreceptive system structures, genes, and diapause remain relatively limited. This paper highlights recent advances in understanding the insect photoreceptive system, phototransduction signaling pathways, and their regulatory mechanisms in diapause behavior, aiming to provide insights into how environmental factors influence diapause. |
