      【目的】桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis是一种极具危险性的果蔬害虫。诱杀成虫是目前监测和防控桔小实蝇的主要策略。为明确对桔小实蝇具有引诱作用的植物精油。【方法】本研究通过Y型嗅觉仪行为选择法和室内诱捕法测试了12种精油对桔小实蝇的引诱活性,并深入研究了精油的引诱规律。【结果】结果表明,200 mg/mL的绿花白千层Melaleuca quinquenervia精油对桔小实蝇的引诱活性最强,且该精油对16日龄的桔小实蝇引诱率最高,上午的引诱率显著高于中午和傍晚。此外,绿花白千层精油对已交配的桔小实蝇引诱率高于未交配的桔小实蝇,饥饿处理和饥渴处理状态下不影响桔小实蝇对绿花白千层精油的趋向性。【结论】该研究结果为桔小实蝇的绿色防控和果蔬安全生产提供了技术支持。

      The oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis, is among the most harmful pest of fruits and vegetables. Trapping and killing adults is currently the main strategy for monitoring and controlling of B. dorsalis. 【Aim】In order to clarify the plant essential oils (EOs) that have attractant effects on B. dorsalis. 【Methods】This study tested the attractant activity of 12 essential oils against B. dorsalis by using a Y-tube olfactometer behavioral choice assay and indoor trapping methods, and further investigated the patterns of attraction. 【Results】The results showed that Melaleuca quinquenervia essential oil (MQEO) at a concentration of 200 mg/mL exhibited the highest attractant activity, and the attractive rate of MQEO was the highest on B. dorsalis at 16-day-old; the strongest response was elicited during the morning and decreased at noon and dusk. In addition, MQEO exhibited higher attractiveness to mated B. dorsalis than to unmated individuals. Moreover, neither starvation nor dehydration treatment affected the attractiveness of B. dorsalis towards the MQEO. 【Conclusion】These findings provide technical support for the green control of B. dorsalis and the safe production of fruits and vegetables.
