| 【目的】为了探究斜纹夜蛾幼虫虫粪挥发物在叉角厉蝽定位猎物过程中的作用,本研究分析了该虫粪对叉角厉蝽行为的影响并进行了化学成分鉴定。【方法】本研究使用溶剂浸提法对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫虫粪中的化合物进行了提取,通过Y型嗅觉仪测定了叉角厉蝽成虫对虫粪粗提物的行为反应;利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)和气相色谱(GC)对粗提物中的化学成分进行了定性定量分析;还通过气相色谱-触角电位联用仪(GC-EAD)测试了叉角厉蝽成虫对粗提物的电生理反应。【结果】研究结果表明,斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫虫粪粗提物对叉角厉蝽雌雄成虫均有吸引作用,从斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫虫粪的粗提物中鉴定出10种化合物,其中有8种能引起叉角厉蝽雌雄成虫的触角电位反应,分别是尼古丁、新植二烯、十六酸、叶绿醇、亚油酸、亚麻酸乙酯、十八酸、(2E,6E,11Z)-3,7,13-三甲基-10-(2-丙基)-2,6,11-环十四碳三烯-1,13-二醇。【结论】这些结果表明,在叉角厉蝽对斜纹夜蛾幼虫进行嗅觉定位过程当中,来自虫粪中的烟草残渣和虫粪自身的挥发物均发挥作用,而上述8种化合物可能起主要作用。 |

| 【Aim】To clarify the role of volatiles from Spodoptera litura larval frass in mediating prey location by Eocanthecona furcellata, this study examined the behavioral effect of the frass extract on E. furcellata and analyzed its chemical composition.【Methods】Solvent extraction was used to obtain the frass extract from third instar larvae of S. litura, and the behavioral responses of adult E. furcellata to the extract were assessed using a Y-tube olfactometer. Then the compounds in the crude extract were identified and quantified using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography (GC), while the electrophysiological responses of E. furcellata to the extract were determined via gas chromatography coupled with electroantennographic detection (GC-EAD).【Results】The results showed that both female and male E. furcellata were attracted to the frass extract, and ten compounds were identified from it. Among these, eight elicited GC-EAD responses in both sexes of E. furcellata: L-nicotine, neophytadiene, hexadecanoic acid, phytol, linoleic acid, ethyl linolenate, octadecanoic acid, and 12-isopropyl-1,5, 9-trimethyl-4,8,13-cyclotetradecatriene-1,3-diol.【Conclusion】The results suggest that both tobacco residue-associated odors in the frass and intrinsic frass volatiles, especially the eight compounds identified above, significantly contribute to the prey localization of E. furcellata via olfactory cues. |
