| 本文从蚕桑生产情况、加工流通、消费趋势、进出口市场和贸易变化、全产业链效益以及产业政策等方面阐述了2022~2024年我国蚕桑产业发展态势，总结了蚕桑产业发展的主要特征包括传统蚕桑生产稳中有进、新品种新技术应用加速、蚕种生产向优势区域和企业集中；丝绸加工量减效增、食品加工多元发展、药品加工冷暖不均；消费方面丝绸服装消费回暖、蚕丝被消费增长明显、多元化消费转型以及文旅融合发展加速，但传统丝绸商品进出口减少，蚕种出口呈逐年增长态势；全产业链效益方面蚕茧、生丝价格持续上涨。认为我国将长期保持世界第一的蚕桑产业地位，产业比较经济效益长期向好，蚕种供给是未来产业发展的重要制约因素，并从坚持高端引领，编制“十五五”蚕桑产业发展规划；推动种业创新，全力提升蚕种生产能力；坚持集成创新，重点提升现代装备水平；维护市场秩序，着力提升优质蚕茧产量；发展新型业态，多元拓展资源综合利用；强化技术支撑，优化产业技术服务体系等方面提出了相应的对策建议。 |

| This study provides a comprehensive overview of the development of China's sericulture industry between 2022 and 2024, covering sericulture production, processing and distribution, consumption trends, import-export markets and trade changes, whole-industry-chain benefits, and policy evolution. Summary of the main characteristics of the industry's development indicated that traditional sericulture production remained stable with gradual improvement, while the adoption of new silkworm varieties and technologies accelerated, and egg production became increasingly concentrated in advantageous regions and enterprises. In the processing sector, silk reeling output declined but efficiency improved; food processing diversified; and silk-derived pharmaceuticals showed uneven progress across regions. On the consumption side, silk apparel sales recovered, silk quilt demand grew markedly, and diversified, experience-oriented consumption expanded through the integration of culture and tourism. Meanwhile, imports and exports of traditional silk products continued to decline, whereas silkworm egg exports rose steadily year-on-year. In terms of whole-industry-chain benefits, rising prices of cocoons and raw silk reflected enhanced profitability. The findings suggest that China will maintain its global leadership in sericulture for the foreseeable future, supported by strong comparative economic advantages. However, the limited supply of high-quality silkworm eggs has emerged as a critical constraint. To promote sustainable growth, this paper recommends strengthening strategic planning through the forthcoming "15th Five-Year Plan" by adhering to high-end leadership, accelerating innovation in the egg industry to fully enhance silkworm egg production capacity; persisting in integrated innovation to focus on advancing equipment modernization, safeguarding market order to strive for increased high-quality cocoon yield, fostering diversified business models and expanding comprehensive resource utilization, and enhancing technical support and service systems. |
