      昆虫迁飞是自然界极其壮观极其神秘的现象,迁飞害虫却是我国粮食安全的最大威胁。上世纪60-80年代,我国摸清了粘虫、稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟等重大害虫迁飞的基本规律,奠定了我国迁飞害虫异地测报、分区治理的理论基础;80年代末至本世纪初,昆虫雷达兴起,揭示了共同定向和聚集成层等空中飞行行为。历经三十年又三十年的开拓与坚持,随着昆虫雷达、现代分子生物学技术、人工智能等技术的迅猛发展,近年来我国迁飞害虫种群灾变机制、生理调控分子机制以及定向导航行为机制等诸多方面取得显著进展。未来已来,我国昆虫迁飞研究正开启新的三十年征程,乘势而为,千里不远。
英文摘要:
      Insect migration is an extraordinarily spectacular and enigmatic phenomenon in nature, yet migratory pests pose the greatest threat to China's food security. During the 1960s to 1980s, the fundamental patterns of migration were deciphered in major crop pests such as armyworms, planthoppers, and rice leaf rollers, laying the theoretical groundwork for remote forecasting and regional management of migratory pests. From the late 1980s to the early 21st century, the advent of entomological radar revealed aerial behaviors such as common orientation and layer formation. Through three decades of pioneering efforts and persistence, followed by another three decades of advancements, the rapid development of technologies such as entomological radar, molecular biological techniques, and artificial intelligence has led to significant progress in recent years in understanding the population outbreak mechanisms, molecular mechanisms of physiological regulation, and mechanism underlying orientation and navigation behaviors in migratory insect pests. The future has arrived, and China's research on insect migration has embarked on a new thirty-year journey. With momentum building, even a thousand miles no longer seem distant.
