      【目的】银纹夜蛾Argyrogramma agnata Staudinger是危害十字花科和豆科作物的重要迁飞性害虫,明确其在海南三亚市的季节性迁飞规律与虫源性质,对保障当地粮食与蔬菜生产安全具有重要意义。【方法】2022年7月至2025年12月间在三亚市利用高空测报灯监测银纹夜蛾迁飞动态,通过卵巢解剖和轨迹模拟分析确定其虫源性质、迁飞路径及虫源地。【结果】银纹夜蛾在三亚市的迁飞活动主要集中在3-8月,诱蛾量占全年总量的87.5%,雄虫比例始终高于雌虫。年度迁飞可分为春季(3-5月)和夏季(6-8月)两个阶段。春季迁飞种群的卵巢发育等级、性成熟率、交配次数和交配率均显著低于夏季迁飞种群,表明前者源于当地、后者主要由外地迁入。轨迹模拟分析表明,春季种群主要从海南三亚向越南北部地区迁飞,夏季种群则主要来自越南、老挝和泰国等地。【结论】本研究揭示了三亚市银纹夜蛾存在春季本地迁出与夏季境外虫源迁入交替发生的季节性迁飞模式,为银纹夜蛾的区域性监测预警和治理提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      【Aim】Argyrogramma agnata Staudinger is an important migratory pest that infests cruciferous and leguminous crops. Clarifying its seasonal migratory regularity and population source characteristics in Sanya, Hainan Province, is of great significance for ensuring the safety of local grain and vegetable production.【Methods】From July 2022 to December 2025, we used high-altitude light traps in Sanya City to monitor the migratory dynamics of A. agnata and applied ovarian dissection together with trajectory simulation to determine the source populations, migration routes, and potential origin regions.【Result】Migration activity of A. agnata in Sanya occurred primarily from March to August, representing 87.5% of the annual trap catch. Males consistently outnumbered females throughout this period. The annual migration could be divided into two distinct phases: the spring phase (March-May) and the summer phase (June-August). The ovarian mean ovarian development stage, mean number of mating, sexually mature rate and mating rate of the spring population were significantly lower than those of the summer population, indicating that the spring migratory population was derived from local sources, while the summer population was dominated by immigrant populations from outside regions. Trajectory simulation analysis further demonstrated that the spring population mainly migrated from southern Hainan to northern Vietnam, whereas the summer immigrant populations primarily originated from Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and other regions.【Conclusion】This study demonstrates that A. agnata in Sanya exhibits a seasonal migration pattern characterized by the alternation of local emigration in spring and immigration of overseas populations in summer. The findings provide a theoretical basis for the regional monitoring, early warning, and control of this pest.
