      【目的】为明确西方蜜蜂蜂王触角形态及感受器的种类和特征,更新补充西方蜜蜂蜂王触角较为清晰的照片和感器信息,【方法】本研究利用扫描电镜技术对西方蜜蜂1日龄蜂王触角及其表面感受器的形态、种类和分布进行观察分析。【结果】通过扫描电镜的观察,西方蜜蜂蜂王的触角呈膝状,由柄节、梗节和鞭节3个部分构成,其中柄节的长度大约是触角的三分之一,而梗节是最短的,鞭节则是最长的,鞭节可以进一步细分为十个部分,在鞭节的各个小节中,从第三鞭节至第十鞭节的感受器种类是最为丰富的。在蜂王的触角上,可以观察到多种形态的刚毛和9种感受器,第三至第十鞭节特有板形感器,柄节具刷状与羽状刚毛,触角外侧感器较内侧丰富,而内侧覆满鳞片,却不见板形感器分布。【结论】因不同类型的感受器在西方蜜蜂蜂王触角的分布位置不同,故推测其感器的功能也有差异。

      【Aim】To clarify the morphological characteristics of the antennae and the types and distribution patterns of sensilla in Apis mellifera queens, update and supplement the more clear photos and sensory information of the queen, 【Methods】this study observed and analyzed the morphology, species and distribution of the antenna and sensilla of the 1-day-old A. mellifera queen by scanning electron microscopy. 【Results】The results showed that the antennae of the queen were geniculate, consisting of scape, pedical and flagellum. Scape accounted for approximately one-third of the total antennal length, pedical was the shortest segment, flagellum was the longest, and could be divided into ten flagellums, among which the third to tenth flagellum had the most abundant sensilla. There were various forms of setae and nine kinds of sensilla on the antennae of the queen. Sensilla placodea was unique to the third to tenth flagellum. Only the scape had brushy and pinnate setae. The lateral sensilla were more diverse than the medial sensilla, and the medialis antennae were all covered with scales without sensilla placodea. 【Conclusion】It is concluded that the distinct spatial distribution of sensilla types across the antennal segments suggests functional specialization of olfactory and mechanosensory receptors in A. mellifera queens.
